I am a long-time Virginia resident, small business owner, and community volunteer committed to keeping South Riding safe, financially sound, and family friendly. As principal of a local consulting firm, I advise organizations on strategy, governance, and leadership, helping boards make clear, data informed decisions and follow through on them. My experience includes leading training and enablement for national associations, Fortune 1000 companies, and government agencies with a focus on practical problem solving and accountability. I have executive certificates from MIT Sloan and Penn Wharton and a degree from Virginia Tech. My service in Rotary, Scouting, and youth programs reflect my commitment to the community.

Goals for serving South Riding

My goals are to keep South Riding safe, well-maintained, and financially strong while preserving the friendly, welcoming feel of our neighborhoods. I will focus on clear communication, responsible budgeting, and data informed decisions that protect our community values. I care deeply about issues families see every day, including safe routes to school, walkable streets and crossings, respectful noise levels, and the upkeep of our parks and common areas. I will work collaboratively to address concerns early and fairly.
